The control system is based on Siemens PLC control system on the basis of reliable , up to the control level of modern European asphalt mixing plant equipment, to achieve stability work of long time and high load. As a high configuration and high quality cumputer of man-machine interface, to achieve the operations functions of system data management, historical records and operating parameters adjustment etc.. Control interface using advanced computer language, with full intellectual property rights , to get started quickly, easy to control and reliable.
Has the following characteristics :
1 ) batching process animation , level the level of valve opening and closing , current weight, etc. at a glance.
2 ) Normally, in the automatic mode to produce continuous operation, the operator can manually pause for manual intervention.
3 ) Strong protection prompts:the equipment's chain protection, mixing tank overweight protection, asphalt overweight protection, storage silos and other materials testing, measurement positions nesting detection.
4 ) Formulation automatically stored. Enter through the percentage of input formula.
5 ) with a powerful database storage capabilities to print raw data and statistics for the user's query.
6 ) The screen mixing time, discharge time, discharge delay time,other parameters placed in the mixing parameters and advanced parameters, can allows the operator according to the mechanical properties and the characteristics of the ingredients for fine-tuning.
7 ) have flexible mandatory intervention functions, such as feeding, jump positions and other operations.
